If you're not happy with your experience with us or our products, let us know - we will do everything in our power to fix the problem and make it right. Of course, if you want to return your item(s) for ANY reason within the first 15-days - we'll gladly take it back and issue you a refund (less the return shipping charges), no exceptions!
During the first 15 days be sure to hold on to all original packing material and paperwork. If after contacting us it is determined that the product(s) must be shipped back, all items must be returned in their original packaging and received in "like new" condition to receive a full refund, less shipping.
At our discretion, we may decline your refund or may charge you a restocking fee for any missing items, or for items that are determined damaged or require service due to any misuse or obvious abuse.
Credits will not be issued for any returns sent back without a Return Authorization number.
If the above terms of this return policy are not met, a 20% restocking charge may be applied.
