Shipping and Returns
Standard "FREE" Shipping
Our FREE shipping applies to all items on this website, shipping via standard UPS Ground service where the order subtotal meets the minimum order threshold of $50 or more. Most items normally ship out within 1-2 business days and will be received within 2-5 business days. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please feel free to contact us. Free standard shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, it simply requires your UPS shipper account number on the shopping cart page. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses, nor can we ship outside the USA.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select shipping is available during the checkout process. These expedited freight charges are billed directly to your UPS account number in the optional UPS Account # field displayed on the shopping cart page.
Where Your Order Will Ship From?
All of our items are stocked at our central warehouse in Michigan and usually ship out the same or next business day.
You will receive a tracking order status email from us once your order is packed up and the UPS label has been generated. Of course, if you have questions on your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you receive a shipping container that appears damaged, either refuse delivery or note exceptions, in detail with your UPS driver. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY PACKING MATERIALS, be sure to save all of it. Check for concealed damage, and report any PRODUCT damage to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide further instructions to resolve the problem.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are covered under our 15-Day Return policy. Should you decide to return your product for any reason within the first 15-days, a full credit will be issued upon the safe return of the item(s), excluding the return shipping cost. You must call for a Return Authorization Number before sending your product back to us. Orders that are returned after this 15-day period or without a Return Authorization Number will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
